    Amazing place with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a 24-hour reception. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance with printing. I'm excited to return for Christmas!

    Central location of the hotel. Nice, but very expensive bar in the hotel. Room okay, but too expensive. Staff nice and friendly.

    Rooms not particularly clean and tidy in relation to past visits. Prices for food/drinks in the hotel increased again.

    Incredible food, nicely decorated hotel, stunning location right across what we heard was the best bakery. Perfectly located venue close to the S1 train station connecting the city center with the airport and a cute shopping area.

    Not one of the better hotels we stayed in .... consider the bathroom the best .aspect of the hotel .....not too impressed

    Price was high for a pretty ordinary experience. No teamaking facilities surprised us given the room-rate - and nil breakfast just underlined our disappointment........ Minimal bathroom supplies too suggested a mean attitude. Lift inadequate for disabled visitors (doors not wide enough !!!).

    Spacious rooms, excellent water pressure in showers, strategic urban design

    Check-in process felt chaotic at peak times!!! Rooms could benefit from better temperature control and more thoughtful layouts to enhance comfort and convenience!!!

    Location. Possibility to park the car on level 2 if places available. We had dinner at the hotels restaurant. This was excellent and not overpriced. Has hotel guest the desert was for free!

    Found room to small and lift only reaches floor 6. If above you have to take the stairs. No coffee maker in room, no mini bar. Internet is not included. Costs 12.50 for 24hrs! Breakfast is 25.-e per person. Found this to expencive.

    The location of hotel is excellent, close to the lake, the shops and the S-bahn. The rooms are very spacious, very clean, beds very comfortable, bathroom good size and very clean. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful at all times. The staff in the bar were very friendly and provided excellent fast service.

    I just loved this hotel and there was nothing I could complain about.
